Oakbrook Springs Subdivision

is a nice well kept Subdivision in the north western part of Elkhart County and is located on Ash Road (West County Line Road) just south of CR 6 in Granger, Indiana.   Oakbrook Springs Subdivision is located on the east side of the road in Cleveland Township.  The yards are well maintained by the home owners and there is very little car traffic other than those who live in the Subdivision.  After school and after dinner it is not unusual to see families riding their bikes, walking their dogs or power-walking for their health.  Many of the residents have lived here since the Subdivision was built and have no intentions of moving.

Home Owners in Oakbrook Springs Subdivision tend to stay put when they move here, and we sell ten or less homes a year and so are we have had six sales through July of this year. our average home price for 2014 is $112,475 and the average days on market is a little over three months at 94 actual days.
