Home Work is What We Do Best!

Before you can even go look at a home for sale, a Real Estate Agent has already done their home work!  We have previewed the home at the Seller’s request and taken notes of the size, the condition both inside and outside, the features of the home and the neighborhood and even the curb appeal.

With all this information and some photo’s to remind us of what we saw, we start looking for other homes that have recently sold.  Something close to size and condition, hopefully within the same neighborhood and sold within the past 6 months.  This is how we come up with a sales price we believe a buyer would be willing to pay.  It is also why we say “somewhere between this price and that price” and it should sell within this money days. Home work is what we do best!

We can not give you an exact price or tell you exactly how long it will take to sell.  We can only use recent buyer behavior, and let you know if there are things you need to do to prepare your home for sale.  When you list your home for sale, it is a product, and that is how it should be presented to the buying public. Knowing our home work, is what we do best!

Once the home is cleaned up, decluttered and scrubbed clean, we are ready to show you the home. Any REALTOR(r) with some experience will be able to guide you through this process.
